Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate in Seri Kembangan. The Commission Sales Associate will drive client acquisition, maintain and develop strong business relationships, provide tailored solutions from Nipun Engineering's extensive product offering, and meet sales targets. Other duties include identifying market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, or technical sales is a plus
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, analyzing market trends, and using sales tools
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
• Experience in industrial sectors like aerospace, automotive, or medical devices is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued
