Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within EMS or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of BOM, RFQ, supplier management, and cost structure analysis.
Good negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a commodity team in sourcing activities from initiation to completion for assigned projects, ensuring BOM cost submissions meet timelines and budget requirements.
Supervise RFQ processes, cost studies, comparisons, and analyses; prepare supplier allocation proposals and coordinate new vendor setup activities.
Strategically plan and execute RFQ events; participate in cost negotiations to achieve the most cost-effective solutions and support annual cost reduction initiatives.
Attend internal and external meetings with customers to ensure all stakeholder and customer requirements are fulfilled.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze and monitor commodity market trends to support sourcing decisions.
