Main Purpose of the Role
To provide internal and external communication support, coordinate events, support business unit communication and engagement, and assist in sales and marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Internal & External Communication Support
- Manage internal and external announcements and newsletters, website and social media content
- Track and maintain communication calendars
2. Event Coordination Support
- Plan and manage internal and external events
- Liase with suppliers and vendors
3. Business Unit Communication & Engagement Support
- Prepare and update BU corporate presentation materials
- Support internal change and communication program / campaign
- Support employee engagement and onboarding program
4. Sales & Marketing Support
- Support sales and marketing material development e.g talking points, brochure, product sheet and presentation
- Support sales and marketing training and development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields.
- 13 years of related experience in marketing communications, copywriting, internal & external communication support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to translate business and technical information into clear, engaging and professional content.
- Graphic design and visual presentation skills: Good eye for layout, formatting, brand consistency.
- Digital & Technology proficiency: Digital platform, AI tool, understanding of SEO and content optimization is an advantage.
- Organization & Coordination: Strong planning and time management, able to meet multiple deadlines effectively.
- Cross cultural & collaborative orientation: Comfortable working in diverse, cross functional environment with sensitivity to cultural differences.
