Role Description

The Companion Animal Business Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the companion animal segment. This role focuses on promoting veterinary products, providing technical support, and identifying new business opportunities within clinics, pet shops, and related channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the companion animal segment
• Promote and sell veterinary pharmaceuticals, supplements, and related products to clinics and pet retailers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic staff, and business partners
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
• Provide product knowledge, and technical support to customers
• Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics and pet-related businesses
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and product launches when required
