Role Description

We are looking for a Taiwan Mandarin-Speaking Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time or internship basis, working the night shift. This hybrid role is based in Petaling Jaya, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The role involves providing technical and customer support services, resolving inquiries and issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team and clients to contribute to the company's commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Taiwan Mandarin and strong communication skills to assist customers effectively
• Experience in Customer Support and Technical Support, with a focus on delivering solutions to queries
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and service-related issues
• Adept in Troubleshooting and problem-solving with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with a proactive approach
• Previous experience in a contact center environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English is beneficial for internal communication
