Plan, review and execute Planned Maintenance Program (PM, TBM, CBM, PDM) based on plants equipment history, statutory requirements and plant production schedule.
Plan, review and execute turnaround (TA) and scheduled / unscheduled shutdown maintenance
Lead in technical aspects for Electrical Power system in respect to project and improvement/upgrading initiatives
Lead in driving and monitoring technical implementation of Electrical Power system operational/engineering initiatives/best practices
Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action (CA) of electrical equipment breakdown or failures to find root cause and best solution
Review and update drawings , operating documents, work instruction and make improvements and amendment base on latest requirement and changes
Plan, review and prepare CAPEX proposal documentation for equipment upgrading and replacement based on ageing, obsolescence, degradation and repetitive failure equipment
Develops, improves ad maintains maintenance function of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and compliance
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) Or Equivalent
Competent Electrical Engineer 132kV
6 years experience in process / petrochemical / refinery life plant
Has good knowledge of electrical equipment & system such as UPS, power transformers, motors, generators, MCC, switchgear, sub-stations (132/22/6.6 KV), power distribution / control / coordination system.
