Role Overview
The Content Creator at Nose is responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and drives conversations. Youll ideate, shoot, and edit content across platforms with a strong focus on TikTok while mentoring junior content team members to maintain consistency and quality. You should be highly creative, agile, and plugged into the latest social trends, with the ability to translate them into content that fits Noses brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop creative concepts and content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, and formats, adapting them to the brand.
- Ensure all content reflects Noses brand identity, tone, and campaign direction.
2) Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Oversee and work with junior content team members, providing creative direction and feedback.
- Coordinate with the design, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
- Manage content workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and output remains consistent.
3) Engagement & Analytics
- Monitor performance of content, track engagement metrics, and recommend optimizations.
- Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to increase reach, visibility, and community engagement.
- Support influencer/PR campaigns by creating supporting content for social amplification.
What We&aposre Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 23 years of content creation experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content (especially TikTok & Instagram).
- Skilled in video editing apps/software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and photo editing tools.
- Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and current social trends.
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
