Job Title: Content Localization & Creative Specialist
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative professional to manage the localization, adaptation, and delivery of global campaign assets for local markets. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to align content with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Contribute to content calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
2. Creative Development & Content Tagging
- Adapt and supplement global/regional campaign assets for local use across digital channels (social media, messaging apps, emails).
- Create additional assets such as event invitations, reminders, and unbranded content derived from existing campaigns.
- Localize content by:
- Translating copy
- Updating GCMA codes
- Revising prescribing information
- Updating logos and visuals
- Incorporating local imagery or cultural elements
- Modify and expand complex assets including:
- Websites
- Digital Sales Presentations (DSPs)
- Print-ready materials (leave-behinds)
- Develop creative outputs across formats:
- Presentations
- Infographics
- Email templates
- Social media creatives
- Short-form videos
- Digital and print banners
- Create and edit small video content.
- Tag and manage content within internal systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of asset reuse.
3. Brand Compliance
- Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to brand guidelines (Brand Guidelines 2.0) and visual identity standards.
- Validate accuracy of logos, color palettes, typography, and messaging.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met (e.g., prescribing information, disclaimers).
4. Project Delivery
- Adapt global assets into locally compliant, ready-to-use materials.
- Manage workflows and track progress using tools like Adobe Workfront.
- Deliver high-quality assets within agreed timelines and formats.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of content localization and digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront or similar).
- Knowledge of brand compliance and regulatory requirements (preferably in healthcare/pharma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in adapting global campaigns for local markets.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with content tagging and digital asset management systems.
