About the Job
Responsible for supporting the Head of Learning and Culture on Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications portfolios. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Key responsibilities
- Supports Head of Learning and Culture in implementing and executing learning strategies and programmes
- Supports Head of Learning and Culture in coordinating and organising employee engagement events
- Handles end-to-end L&D administration that includes training registration/nomination, HRDC related matters, attendance report, post training evaluation, payment matters, training venue logistics, food and beverage arrangement, and other administrative matters
- Ensures new employees complete all mandatory training programme within their probationary period
- Ensures the Learning Management Systems (Oracle Learning Management System, Go1) operate effectively and seamlessly to meet the organisational needs
- Manages the Oracle Learning Management Systems as the learning administrator by providing technical support to learners and assisting with troubleshooting
- Generates, analyses, and submits training related reports such as learning hour report, sustainability report, e-learning report to the stakeholders
- Administers certification and examinations such as LOMA, ICU, ALU examinations
- Maintains and publishes the learning and culture calendar and related schedules, ensures all deadlines and timelines are met
- Manages and reports on engagement activities registration and attendance
- Creates content to cover company highlights and employees events for platforms such as SharePoint and LinkedIn
We are looking for people who
- Possesses a basic degree from a recognized university specializing in Human Resource Management, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
- Has strong interpersonal skills and sound business acumen.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing with employees of all levels in the organization
- Has proven ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Has high level of integrity, takes accountability of work with good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes
