Job Summary

This role supports the operationalisation of UNGCMYB's marketing strategy by managing campaign planning, cross-team coordination, product marketing, audience insights, analytics, and funnel optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Internal Coordination

  • Translate marketing strategy into weekly and monthly campaign plans.
  • Gather inputs from internal teams (Ecosystems, Academy, Member Relations, RANTAiX, Product, Delivery working groups) to prepare clear briefs for the comms/design teammate.
  • Prepare timelines, task lists, messaging angles, content outlines, and campaign flow for each initiative.
  • Ensure all internal departments provide information needed for marketing in a timely manner.
  • Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve gaps, delays, or unclear inputs.

Product Marketing Support

  • Develop product positioning notes and key messages for:
  • RANTAiX
  • Academy (short courses, long courses, SLI, CoE)
  • ESG Select List
  • Forward Faster Sustainability Awards
  • SME Spotlight
  • LTCEP corporate programmes
  • Maintain product sheets, benefit summaries, FAQs, and value propositions.
  • Ensure all product information is centralised and updated for the comms/design teammate to convert into assets.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

  • Map target audiences for each programme (corporate, SME, sector-focused, etc.).
  • Build segmentation lists for email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with Membership/Academy/Ecosystems to ensure the right audience receives the right message.
  • Review marketing assets against briefs, messaging intent, and audience fit before release.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Track campaign performance: registrations, CTR, engagement trends, conversion patterns.
  • Analyse performance and propose optimisation directions such as:
  • More C-suite angles work for Academy leadership programmes.
  • Sector-specific messaging performs better for RANTAiX.
  • Higher conversions when using testimonials.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly insights for leadership and Delivery teams.
  • Document campaign learnings, templates, and best practices to improve future programme rollouts.

Marketing Logistics & Funnel Management

  • Manage campaign timelines, checklists, and dependencies via Asana.
  • Ensure all campaigns have the necessary upstream materials (raw text, programme info, deadlines, bullets, testimonials, benefits).
  • Support CRM updates, lead tracking, and basic funnel measurement.

Job Requirements

  • 13 years experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, product marketing, campaign support, or project coordination.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to piece info into structured briefs and campaign plans.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • For non-Malaysian candidates, a valid visa to work in Malaysia is required.
