Job Purpose:
To lead financial analysis, corporate planning, investment evaluation for the company. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and experience managing corporate transactions. Candidates with exposure to environmental, sustainability, or renewable energy sectors are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
- Lead financial modelling, business evaluation, scenario analysis and feasibility studies for new investments or projects
- Prepare and present investment proposals, board papers and strategic recommendations
Project Financing
- Support debt and equity financing activities including liaison with banks, financial institutions, advisers and investors.
- Prepare financial projections, loan documentations materials and due diligence packages
- Evaluate financing structures (project finance, green financing, government grants, sustainability-linked incentives)
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Oversea budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Monitor project performance ROI, IRR, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial standards and statutory requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Economics, Finance (or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in environmental-related or renewable energy industries is preferred
