Description
- Own manufacturing P&L, covering direct material, process costs, and indirect overheads
- Set up basic but robust standard costing and loss tracking
- Ensure quantity matching between input and output (yield, scrap, variance control)
- Identify and highlight hidden losses and inefficiencies in production
- Work closely with production teams to embed cost awareness and discipline
- Provide clear cost insights to support pricing, margin, and business decisions
- Support system improvement (ERP / costing tools) for scalable cost control
Profile
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in cost management and financial analysis tools.
- Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and standards.
