We are on a mission to make secondhand devices the first choice and become the leading regional electronics retailer in our category.

Backed by leading global investors including Aeon (Japan), Iterative VC (Silicon Valley/Singapore), TheVentures (South Korea), FirstMove Fund (Malaysia), and XOX Mobile (Malaysia), we are now entering our next phase of growth: scaling to 100 stores across Southeast Asia while building a dominant omnichannel retail platform.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a Creative Content Designer / Video Editor who understands performance-driven storytelling and not just aesthetics.

About the Role

 

We're looking for a creative and agile designer who can bring ideas to life through high-impact visuals and short-form videos.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing. You will design, edit, and repurpose content that not only looks good but also converts.

If you understand hooks, retention curves, scroll-stopping thumbnails, and mobile-first storytelling, this role is for you.

The Mission

  • Translate business ambition into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Produce high-volume, high-impact creative assets that support aggressive expansion.
  • Turn insights and data into performance-driven creative outputs.
  • Build scalable creative systems without slowing down execution speed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu (XHS), leveraging AI-assisted tools.
  • Create high-converting visual assets for paid ads, CRM campaigns, store promotions, and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Repurpose top-performing content into multiple variations and formats; support A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop scroll-stopping hooks, thumbnails, and captions aligned with growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Growth, and Retail teams to align creatives with campaign goals and store launches.
  • Support new store openings with launch visuals and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, social trends, and evolving design aesthetics.
  • Maintain an organized content library and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing, design, or digital content production.
  • Proficient in CapCut, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Canva, and Adobe Premiere / After Effects or similar tools.
  • Strong creative instinct for pacing, rhythm, visual hierarchy, and engagement-driven storytelling.
  • Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, retention rate, engagement, and ROAS.
  • Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, execution-focused environment.
  • Work independently as a visual storyteller across your work.
