Job Overview

The Creative Project Management Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of creative projects across digital, social, print, and brand campaigns. This includes managing timelines, resources, creative workflows, stakeholder alignment, and quality control. The role serves as the bridge between business objectives, creative execution, and timely delivery.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of assets, including eDMs, banners, flyers, social ads, motion graphics, event signage, and website visuals.
  • Liaise between designers, copywriters, creative producers, quality analysts, and client teams.
  • Handle project brief intake, scoping, timeline creation, stakeholder reviews, and final approvals.
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Trello, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Flag bottlenecks and resolve issues through escalation or resource reallocation.
  • Supervise file sharing, version control, and client delivery protocols.
  • Maintain project trackers, creative dashboards, and reporting templates.
  • Provide regular progress updates and participate in client status calls.
  • Define clear project goals and align scopes/objectives with stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights.
  • Share innovative ideas, research, and best practices to optimize processes and enhance client solutions.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and peers.
  • Seek opportunities to improve team communication, maximize efficiency, and support team members in achieving high performance outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor performance against targets and provide expertise-based support.
  • Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional delivery environments effectively.
  • Understand brand guidelines, campaign timelines, and digital marketing deliverables.
  • Facilitate creative reviews, governance calls, and status updates to balance creative feedback with operational feasibility.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant fine arts/design degree.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a design lead or a similar profile.
  • 4+ years of experience in creative operations or project management.
  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, InDesign, Illustrator, CDR, Premiere Pro After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe experience managing on both PC and Mac platforms.
  • Must have an experience of handling teams - both design and copy
  • Must have an experience in relationship management
  • Must have a deep understanding of working across the globe in different platforms and formats.
