Universal Serviced Offices Sdn Bhd (USO) operates coworking facilities in Kuala Lumpur and Labuan. USO specializes in serviced offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices and all associated services.

We currently have a vacancy based in Kuala Lumpur at our stunning facilities in Bangsar South and Mid Valley for a Customer Service Associate (with a social media flair!). You will be the face of our customer experience while also helping to grow our online presence. Join our vibrant team and help us deliver exceptional experiences, both online and in person.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• A competency with all major social media platforms
• Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents
• A fluency in English, both verbal and written
