Candidate's main role is to handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, and inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, and promote and respond to questions about products and services, with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction through outbound calls. He/she will also be expected to solve customers problems and complaints from end to end.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Enjoy communicating with customers via telephone.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer experience.
- Able to multitask by working with various systems while communicating via headset.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Working Hours Arrangement
- Working Hours: Minimum 44 working hours per week, excluding meal breaks (paid overtime available).
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Public Holidays: Available to work on public holidays (public holiday overtime rates available).
- Working Hours (Australia Market): Shifts start at 5:00 AM / 6:00 AM.
