Role Description
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and effective communication. Key tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Tun Razak Exchange office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and satisfy customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to deliver positive brand experiences and optimize client engagement.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to foster strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a thorough and professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles or client-facing positions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
