Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

You will provide professional customer service at the front desk by managing walk-in and call/email enquiries, efficiently booking appointments, and following up with clients on their skin conditions and treatment progress. You will also collaborate with the marketing team and follow up on missed appointments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service at the front desk to ensure a positive client experience
• Respond promptly and courteously to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries to address client needs
• Manage appointment booking and scheduling accurately to optimize customer flow and clinic operations
• Collaborate constructively with the marketing team to support promotional activities and client engagement
• Contact clients who miss appointments to reschedule and maintain client retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
