Hiring: Customer Service Assistant (Malay/Tamil/Mandarin/Chinese Speaking)

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

100% Work From Office (Mon–Fri)

1-Year Extendable Contract

Open only for Local Malaysians.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback across multiple communication channels while delivering excellent customer service.

Open to Local Malaysians only

Must have Contact center experience - Any experience in Zendesk/Salesforce/Intercom/Freshdesk/ServiceNow/Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics 365

Fluent in Malay/Tamil/Mandarin/Chinese (Required)

Good English communication skills
