Position: Customer Service Representative (on-site)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working day: Monday - Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)
Working hours: Rotational shift. 8 AM to 11 PM (9 hours per shift including break)
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,300 (basic) + RM260 (shift allowance, if applicable) + RM1,500 (KPI-based completion bonus)
Contract: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English
2. SPM (credit in Math or English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience
3. Fresh graduates (Diploma and Degree) welcome to apply
As a Customer Service Representative in our banking team, you will:
- Handle inbound calls coming from local and international market
- Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
- Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
- Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
