Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • The main responsibilities are to do middleman trading of domains & websites and customer service with buyer and seller.
  • Foster and nurture robust client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compile regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Contribute valuable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients and industry experts, expanding our network for strategic business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, fostering a dynamic and diverse work environment.
  • Proficient in office software applications with a swift typing speed.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
