Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (B2 level or higher). This role involves engaging with international customers, driving e-commerce sales, and providing high-quality support through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Call Center Sales Agent, meeting performance metrics and driving online sales revenue.
- Assist customers with purchasing products online by guiding them through the process, building custom carts, or sending direct purchase links.
- Create sales leads in CRM when customers are unable to complete purchases online.
- Handle support and billing inquiries, directing customers to the correct departments.
- Provide customer service in English (90% of cases), with additional support in Cantonese and Mandarin (10% of cases).
Requirements
- Language Skills: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (B2 proficiency or above).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage global customers (USA, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China).
- Familiarity with CRM tools for sales and customer management.
- Understanding of the technology industry and ability to manage support inquiries.
- Willing to work onsite (remote option not available).
