English Customer Support Role in Penang, Malaysia, supporting a global brand as an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with orders & questions (via phone & email)
- Stay calm, professional, and helpful
- Handle personal data with care & accuracy
- Share feedback & help improve the customer experience
- Keep learning & growing with your team
Qualifications
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience in Customer Service industry is a plus
Required Skills
- Speak and write English at B2 level or higher
- Type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Know your way around a computer (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Love helping people & solving problems
- Want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Pay range and compensation package
