Job Description
Drive actionable analytics and reporting to optimize card collections performance, reduce delinquency, and improve recovery rates across Atome Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and automate regular collections dashboards and scorecards (weekly/monthly) for KPIs such as DPD buckets, cure rates, roll rates, contact rates, promise-to-pay (PTP) conversion, and recovery yield.
- Segment delinquent accounts, identify high-risk cohorts, and model prioritization rules to improve collector productivity and expected recoveries.
- Run root-cause analyses on trends (e.g., spikes in DPD) and propose data-backed remediation actions to Collections Ops and Product teams.
- Support A/B tests of outreach strategies (SMS/phone/email), measure lift, and translate results into recommendations.
- Collaborate with Collections Managers to translate analytic findings into operational playbooks and collector scorecards.
- Maintain data quality and documentation (data definitions, lineage, assumptions).
- Provide regular insights and presentations to stakeholders (Collections Lead, Finance, Risk).
