Data Analyst Avon Malaysia
What you'll be doing:
You'll turn data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions across Avon Malaysia. You'll work closely with different teams to understand their needs, transform complex information into clear stories, and present recommendations that influence strategic direction. You'll manage and improve dashboards, maintain data quality, and ensure stakeholders always have access to accurate and timely information. You will also collaborate with technical teams to enhance data processes and take the lead on analysis projects from start to finish.
What you'll be working on:
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities
- Building and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards
- Providing regular and adhoc reports to support business goals
- Delivering insights and presenting findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ensuring data accuracy and improving data collection processes
- Leading datarelated projects and coordinating with crossfunctional teams
- Training colleagues on Tableau and Power BI when needed
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in Tableau and Power BI
- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools
- Confidence in presenting insights to different audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
