Job Summary

Internally the role is called as Analyst (Senior Executive/Executive). We are seeking an analyst to support Digital Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives to support MR DIY International's expansion strategy. This role will focus on supporting the HOD in project managing and driving key projects with the objectives of optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring scalability, and fostering alignment between business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in assessing and analyzing the current operating model of key business functions to identify areas for improvement in alignment with MR DIY's growth aspirations.
  • Help in executing management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Support project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for organizational initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Help to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership, HR, and business functions to align objectives and drive initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and process excellence across departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in data analyst and project coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
