As our Data Analyst in Global Logistics, you translate information management needs into new products and data insights to create business impact. You define, implement and enhance information management solutions. You develop sustainable reporting and analytics solutions that require almost no efforts once you publish them. You are responsible for identifying trends, generate data insights and tell the story behind the data. You are asking the right questions to make recommendations for immediate next steps and long-term business planning. You are experienced with analytics tools, statistical packages and dashboards. You define the architecture of our information management landscape, global reports and tools.
What You'll Do
As a Data analyst you are the expert for information management with its solutions and tools and aid your stakeholders in developing and achieving their strategic goals. You are business partner for global logistics management as specialist in defining and implementing global information management products based on BW/4HANA, SAC, S/4HANA, MS Power Bi, Excel, and other software applications and data sources. Furthermore, you know how to use Power Automate or Python to automate processes, such as updating of reports. You identify, analyze, and document the business objectives of your stakeholders and translate business needs into IT solutions. As their owner, you enhance them based on user requirements, technology and business changes throughout the whole solution life cycle. You provide guidance and support in front end solutions and interpreting data results. On operational level, you support the update of reports, dash boards and analytics solutions which are essential for our management process. You provide data analysis and insights as required.
What You'll Bring
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Intermediate functional expertise in reporting, analysis and statistics.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills, experience with agile approach (SCRUM) will be an added advantage.
- Intermediate Microsoft Power BI and database knowledge
- Experience in logistics and/or supply chain is an advantage
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics and/or data science
- Fluent in English
