- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to recovery performance, loss, and damage
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost trends, and initiative outcomes
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of losses and inefficiencies, providing actionable insights to PMO and Operations teams
- Support recovery project leads with analytical input during initiative design, tracking, and performance evaluation
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across internal reports and management dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to align data definitions and support strategic priorities
- Develop and automate data pipelines or reporting processes to improve analytical efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within operations, logistics, or project management environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio)
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Highly motivated, data-driven, and passionate about driving measurable cost and process improvements
