The Data Engineer is responsible for leading the technical reconciliation of data migrated from the legacy Mainframe platform to the target Oracle database, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
Develop complex SQL/PLSQL queries and reconciliation scripts to automate data validation.
Perform database-level validation within Oracle.
Analyze migration logs and error reports to determine root causes.
Support technical troubleshooting of migration and data integrity issues.
Ensure data discrepancies are tracked through to resolution.
