Job Description:
- Identify, design, and develop advanced analytics models (e.g., prediction, classification, clustering).
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations using clear data storytelling techniques.
- Support deployment of models into operational workflows, including monitoring and retraining cycles.
Required skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics / data science.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python or R, including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Hands-on experience developing and applying ML models for real-world business use cases.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
- Experience with data wrangling, preprocessing, model validation, and exposure to model deployment or BI integration is a plus.
