We are seeking an experienced Data Center Architect to design, implement, and maintain DC infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cabling, LAN, UNIX environments, and data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and efficiency.
- Manage cabling, LAN architecture, and network configurations for seamless operations.
- Oversee UNIX-based systems administration, optimizing system performance and security.
- Develop and implement best practices for data center operations, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DC infrastructure with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in data center architecture and operations.
- Strong expertise in DC infrastructure management, cabling, and network architecture (LAN, VLAN, routing, switching, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with UNIX-based systems and related administration tasks.
- Proficiency in data center security, redundancy planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
