The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to take ownership of end-to-end program delivery within a large-scale technology environment. In this role, you will act as the driving force behind delivery governance, risk oversight, and quality outcomes, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced delivery professional to make a meaningful, visible impact in a dynamic, fast-paced setting based in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines

• Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks across all workstreams

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks

• Manage financial performance of the program, including budgeting and cost control

• Drive quality management practices to ensure consistent, high-standard delivery outcomes

• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology functions

• Support digital transformation initiatives within insurance operations contexts

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in delivery management or program management roles

• Strong track record in stakeholder management across senior business and technology audiences

• Proven experience in insurance operations management is highly advantageous

• Solid exposure to digital transformation programs and initiatives

• Demonstrated capability in governance, risk, financial, and quality management practices

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to be based onsite in Kuala Lumpur
