_J__ob Responsibilities:
_
- _Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs._
_Meets with clients to program the project requirements._
- _Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations._
_Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures._- _Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests._
_Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities._
- _Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation._
_Provides follow-up support with customers._- _Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers._
_Job Requirements:
_
- _Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Architectural/ Interior Design or related field._
_Experience with computational design._
- _Highly creative, imaginative and artistic._
_Excellent communication skills._- _Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray or similar design software._
_Able to speak fluent in Mandarin_
_All interns or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply._
