DevOps Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the DevOps engineering team
• Define DevOps roadmap, policies, security, automation and standards
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure improvements
• Manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, container lifecycle and scaling
• Establish observability frameworks (logging, alerts, monitoring, dashboards)
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, disaster recovery and capacity planning
• Implement DevOps best practices and governance
• Work closely with development, QA, security and infrastructure teams
• Introduce new automation capabilities and platform optimization
• Manage cloud performance, uptime and cost optimisation
• Manage & monitor deployment of software to on-prem hardware such as ACG, TVM,
• kiosk, POS and edge devices, including configuration, remote update

Requirements

• 8+ years DevOps / Cloud engineering
• Experience leading engineers or DevOps teams
• Strong CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes experience
• Strong Linux, networking, automation, scripting
• Security, monitoring and high-availability understanding
