Job Description

As the Digital Commercial Specialist for the Vendor Portal Programme, you will play a crucial role that combines customer success, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and expansion by working closely with Suppliers, Product teams, and Commercial to align supplier needs with product capabilities. This shall enhance our Customer First, People Led and Shareholder Driven strategy, for both physical and online markets. By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our strategies align with business goals, Programme goals and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

Is this your next challenge in Digital Commerce

  • Partner closely with Commercial and Finance teams across markets and banners to design and execute supplier adoption strategies, driving onboarding and platform penetration.
  • Collaborate with Group Communications to develop integrated communication plans, marketing narratives, and phased adoption roadmaps to ensure seamless rollout and transition.
  • Drive Change Impact Analysis (CIA) by conducting assessments to evaluate the program's impact across markets and teams.
  • Work alongside solution implementation partners to develop training programs, FAQs, user guides, and enablement toolkits for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
  • Create marketing and sales collaterals — including pitch decks and promotional materials, to support commercial conversations and drive supplier engagement and adoption.
  • Plan and execute supplier engagement initiatives, including showcases, launch events and networking forums to accelerate awareness, and adoption.
  • Support project team in stakeholder management, governance alignment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure adoption effectiveness, while providing structured post-launch support to ensure sustained engagement.

Do you have experience as a Programme Specialist

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Business Development, Sales or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in driving organizational change. (experience in go-to-market planning or change management for digital transformation is strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and commercial models (subscription, usage-based, tiered pricing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and develop solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Good attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
