Design, execute, and trackmulti-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, web, and app platforms.
Map and analyse digital journeys to uncover insights and opportunities for stronger connections.
Develop compelling and relevant content tailored to different audience segments and lifecycle stages.
Leverage analytics to measure post-onboarding engagement, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and maximise impact.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 6 years of proven experience.
Strong track record in corporate communications, reputation management, public relations, and social media engagement.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
