About the role

The Digital Content Producer under DE Management is responsible for creating engaging video and digital content that supports Digital Entrepreneur (DE) recruitment, community engagement, and training initiatives.

This role plays an important part in shaping the storytelling and digital presence of the DE community through social media content, training videos for SVO Academy, and learning materials for the LEARN platform. The position combines creative production, social media content creation, and digital learning support to deliver content that inspires entrepreneurs, strengthens community engagement, and promotes the SVO ecosystem.

Objectives, Duties & Responsibilities

1. Creative Video Production & Storytelling

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content to support recruitment, training, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Produce both short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) and long-form videos for digital platforms.
  • Develop visual storytelling that highlights entrepreneur journeys, training insights, and community culture.
  • Ensure content maintains strong visual quality, clear messaging, and brand consistency.

2. LEARN & SVO Academy Digital Learning Content

  • Edit and prepare training videos for upload to the LEARN digital learning platform.
  • Support the development of digital learning materials for SVO Academy training programs.
  • Work with trainers and internal stakeholders to transform training sessions into engaging online learning content.
  • Ensure videos are properly structured and formatted to support effective learning experiences

3. E Community Content Creation

  • Create video and visual content that brings value to the DE community, focusing on:
  • recruitment inspiration
  • entrepreneurial mindset
  • training insights
  • community highlights
  • Produce content that supports DE recruitment storytelling and opportunity sharing.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen engagement across DE communication platforms and social media pages.

4. Social Media Content Management

  • Manage SVO social media platforms related to DE Management and community engagement.
  • Plan and schedule content to maintain consistent activity and audience engagement.
  • Track engagement performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
  • Ensure posts comply with brand guidelines and communication standards.

5. Media, Creative & Highlight Production

  • Coordinate photography and videography arrangements for events.
  • Work closely with Creative and Video teams to prepare event visuals, award presentations, and highlight materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of post-event highlight videos for social media and internal communications.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all event outputs.

6. Creative Collaboration & Content Planning

  • Work closely with DE Management, SVO Academy, and Marketing teams to identify content opportunities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions.
  • Propose creative ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches to improve content effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with digital content trends and recommend innovative content formats.

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or related disciplines. Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant practical experience in video production or digital content creation may also be considered.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in video production, digital content creation, or social media content management.

· Strong proficiency in video shooting, editing, and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software).

· Familiarity with short-form content production for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook.

· Ability to create engaging, story-driven content that resonates with online audiences.

· Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, framing, and audio setup for professional video production.

· Experience managing or supporting social media content publishing and scheduling is an advantage.

· Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset and good visual communication skills.

· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual ability is an advantage when producing community-facing content.
