Job Description

Position Objective:

Responsible for promoting the Firms products and services through internet and other digital channels as well as through collaboration with digital partners. In addition, this role shall cover content strategy and customer communication journey design for cross-selling to improve overall performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programmes via the internet or other digital channels
  • Manage the implementation of digital marketing programmes and analyse their effectiveness
  • Establish and manage the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the Firm's digital goals
  • Maintain the Firm's website to provide up-to-date and comprehensive product and service information
  • Track usage trends including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact
  • Develop and maintain website graphic designs and layout to support the Firm's image
  • Identity and brand through a diverse mix of web materials, graphical user interfaces and multimedia
  • May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management
  • Develop content strategy for digital product cross sell initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to execute the initiatives
  • Design customer communication journeys with the purpose of cross selling various the Firm's products and services through digital channels in order to achieve targets
  • Ideate and co-develop rapid experimentation on marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns for internal & partner communication channels, with the objective to improve performance

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Min 6 - 8 years experience in digital / brand marketing
  • Experience using data models and customer segmentation in marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (both oral and written) propositions and analysis
  • Performance driven with good business acumen, able to assess key factors that will drive results and devise action plans
  • Very detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment on multiple concurrent projects
