The role of a Digital Designer is essential to capturing and creating the visual aspect of the social media presence, and we are looking for someone who aligns with our values of collaborative work and client satisfaction.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore. The Junior Digital Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation of digital content, including graphics, animations, and other visual materials for social media platforms. They will work closely with the senior creative team to ensure that all digital content aligns with the brand's identity and objectives. The Junior Digital Designer will also support the team in maintaining a cohesive visual style across various digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other digital media.
- Assist in the development of branding materials, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
Animation and Multimedia:
- Design and produce simple animations and motion graphics for use in social media content and online advertising.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including videos and interactive graphics.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that align with the brand's strategy and goals.
- Assist in the creation of storyboards and visual concepts for digital campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to create and edit digital content.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand's digital presence remains fresh and relevant.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Review and revise content based on feedback from senior designers and other stakeholders.
Project Support:
- Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining a digital asset library.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to deliver cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on creative direction and project planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in digital design or a related field.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Basic understanding of animation and motion graphics principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
