We're looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur team and help drive sustainable growth across Southeast Asia and Australia. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Growth Manager leads Les Mills Asia Pacific's growth system across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle value. 

You'll be responsible for shaping how marketing activity translates into measurable commercial outcomes, aligning growth strategy, digital platforms, data, and optimisation. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager – Delivery & Communications, you'll bring clarity, insight, and rigour to how growth decisions are made and executed. 

What You'll Do 

  • Own the customer growth funnel across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation 
  • Define and prioritise growth strategies aligned to business objectives and revenue targets 
  • Own marketing performance outcomes, including pipeline contribution, conversion, CAC, ROMI, and lifecycle value 
  • Own the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, automation, analytics, website), partnering with IT to improve tracking and data quality 
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Specialist to design and optimise automated lifecycle journeys 
  • Own digital channel performance across paid, organic, and owned channels 
  • Set optimisation frameworks and governance for paid media investment 
  • Lead data‑informed experimentation and translate insights into clear recommendations 
  • Apply AI‑enabled tools selectively to improve reporting efficiency, insight quality, and growth decision‑making, in line with governance and data‑privacy standards 
  • Own digital marketing budgets, paid media spend, and martech subscriptions 
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and freelancers aligned to growth objectives 
  • Maintain a clear growth cadence (weekly performance reviews, monthly reporting, quarterly planning) 
  • Lead post‑campaign reviews focused on performance, ROI, and growth learnings 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles 
  • Demonstrated experience owning funnels, lifecycle strategies, and digital performance outcomes 
  • Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) 
  • Proven experience managing paid media to profitable ROI (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners 
  • Confident working cross‑functionally and making data‑informed recommendations 
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B, multi‑market environments, or the fitness industry

Location & Hours

This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from an MRT station.
