Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marcomm Manager to develop and drive marketing and communication initiatives that support sales engagement, lead generation, and conversion across Southeast Asia, with active involvement in the Malaysia market.

This role plays a key part in strengthening brand awareness and communicating the company's value proposition through multiple platforms, while closely supporting commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive end-to-end marketing and communication strategies to support sales engagement, lead generation, and conversion
  • Lead client engagement initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence across SEA, with strong involvement in Malaysia
  • Partner with commercial teams to shape and execute marketing strategies that support business growth, including digital solutions within Travel Risk Management, Site Risk Management, and Critical Event Management solutions
  • Define and enhance solutions, products, and digital content, tailored to local market needs across SEA, in collaboration with global product teams
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather and prioritise client and market requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Support Sales teams in driving business retention, expansion, and new client acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives

  • Driving lead generation and marketing automation initiatives (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce)
  • Supporting client engagement activities such as events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Collaborating across regional teams to ensure alignment with global marketing direction
  • Contributing to the growth of digital and solution-based offerings within a B2B environment

Requirements & Skills

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong digital marketing experience is essential (e.g. Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting)
  • Experience in deploying mobile and web-based solutions within a B2B, multinational or e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with product marketing and large-scale programme rollouts is an advantage
  • Experience supporting UX/UI improvements across mobile and web platforms (design, layout, user journey) is preferred
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) are an added advantage
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel

  • Ability to understand and communicate brand positioning, product value, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels

  • Experience working in a matrix organisation is an advantage
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Communications within a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of product/brand marketing methodologies, preferably within SEA markets
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client engagement activities, including events and campaigns
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams in areas such as sales engagement, support, and communication is preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is an added advantage
  • Proficient in standard business tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Webex)

Languages

  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Chinese language or any other languages are an added advantage

Salary Range

  • RM9,000-RM13,000 per month
