As our Digital Marketing Associate, you will support diverse marketing initiatives, from managing digital campaigns and content creation to analysing performance metrics and driving brand growth. You excel at using data to explore business challenges, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth across our markets. Partnering with global teams, youll dive deep into core issues, leveraging our entrepreneurial spirit to innovate and test new strategies in a dynamic, strategic playground.

You will be responsible for:


Support the lead generation funnel in APAC market across multiple channels which includes but not limited to Google ads, Meta ads, Whatsapp, Email etc
Develop, execute and fine-tune all marketing campaigns through A/B testing. Optimise keywords, headline, visuals, segments, and personalised messages to enhance overall conversion.
Assist the strategy planning of the overall marketing channels both paid and organic.
Prepare reports, analyse data and track the performance of campaigns and give insights to achieve the agreed objectives
Work very closely with the sales team to identify key actionable insights to optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Collaborate with regional and functional teams to develop content of direct-to-consumer communication channels (SEM, Ads, Video) tailored to each market.

The skills, attitude and experience we require are:

1 - 2 years of working experience with good understanding of marketing concepts.
Self-starter, results-driven, and passionate about digital marketing and tech startup
Results and detailed-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively, intelligent and quickly
Experience in working with CRM or anything similar would be a strong plus - Salesforce, Hubspot, Messagebird
Familiarity with Google ads and Meta ads are essential. Experience in tackling Chinese marketing channels such as Baidu, Xiao Hong Shu and others are a strong plus.
Experience in a lead generation marketing funnel would be a strong plus.
Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
An effective communicator to both technical and business audiences.
A solid command of both English is necessary and Mandarin is a strong plus to effectively support the audience in the Hong Kong or Mandarin-speaking market.
An interest in real estate, technology, commerce, and new advertising trends and techniques
