We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who is skilled in Meta Ads, Pixel/CAPI setup, tracking tools, and AI-driven marketing. You will manage paid ads, optimize campaigns, troubleshoot tracking issues, and create high-performing digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Pixel / Conversion API (CAPI) installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Use Google Analytics, GTM, UTM Tracking, Events Manager to track performance.
- Analyze data to improve CPC, CPA, ROAS and campaign results.
- Understand basic HTML / JavaScript to handle tracking scripts and landing page adjustments.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI copywriting, automation tools).
- Work with design and content teams to develop ad creatives.
- Conduct competitor research and propose marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years experience in digital marketing or paid ads.
- Strong skills in Meta Ads planning & optimization.
- Must know Pixel / CAPI / Tracking tools.
- Able to interpret basic coding (HTML/JS).
- Experience using AI tools for marketing content creation.
- Strong analytical thinking and able to work independently.
- Experience in e-commerce, lead-gen, or high-volume paid ads is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
