About the role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our Care marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. You'll work across website management, social media, content creation, and campaign execution to drive engagement and lead generation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in B2B digital marketing. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels whilst working with a supportive team in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across LinkedIn, Twitter, reddit and other relevant platforms
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content aligned with campaign objectives
  • Support day-to-day website management including content updates, page creation, and maintenance using CMS platforms (Umbraco or similar) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Implement on-page SEO optimisations including meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking
  • Support GEO/AIO initiatives to maintain visibility in AI-driven search engines and LLM-powered results
  • Create and optimise landing pages for marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website and social media performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics including website traffic, social engagement, and conversions
  • Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Support email marketing activities including campaign setup and reporting
  • Coordinate with content writers and designers to create campaign assets
  • Respond to social media comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Conduct regular website health checks and quality assurance before publishing
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities
  • Create regular performance reports highlighting key trends and insights, utilising Looker Studio for dashboard creation and stakeholder reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media updates, and best practices
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing projects as required
Essential Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in a digital marketing or social media marketing role
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Umbraco, Marketo)
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and social media analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting skills for web and social media content
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with analytical approach to measuring success
  • Proactive approach to learning and professional development
Desirable
  • Experience in B2B marketing or technology sectors
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation
  • Familiarity with heatmapping and session recording tools (e.g., Clarity, HotJar)
  • Awareness of GEO/AIO principles and optimisation for AI-driven search engines
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Basic understanding of structured data and schema markup for improved search visibility
  • Experience working with regulated industries or healthcare sectors
