Job Scope
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, traffic, and product sales.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED).
• Create and manage the digital marketing calendar including product launches and promotions.
Social Media & Content Strategy
• Lead social media strategy and content planning across all digital platforms.
• Produce and manage high-engagement content, viral posts, and high-view campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and create relevant content to maximize reach and engagement.
Digital Advertising & Performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns to achieve strong marketing performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively. Analytics & Marketing Insights
• Track and analyze campaign performance including views, engagement, CTR, conversion, and sales impact.
• Generate marketing performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Influencer & Collaboration
• Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to expand brand exposure.
• Work closely with internal teams including sales, product, and creative teams.
Team Leadership
• Lead and guide the digital marketing team including content creators and designers.
• Ensure marketing activities align with company branding and business objectives.
Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer product industries.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED) platforms.
• Proven experience creating high-performing social media content with strong engagement or high views.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience working with KOL/ influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and digital marketing strategies in FMCG
