Job Description

Role Overview

  • The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee website management, social media, digital advertising, and performance reporting.
  • Key responsibilities include optimizing SEO, managing content calendars, driving engagement, and planning ad campaigns and digital executions.
  • The role also involves collaborating with agencies and providing insights from campaign reviews to improve digital performance.
  • Also, the manager will supervise digital initiatives across subsidiaries to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Website Management

  1. Performing UI/UX and conducting UAT testing for product launch and campaign.
  2. Maintaining SEO and optimizing the Google page to increase traffic.
  3. Brand guarding the creatives and messaging for digital assets.

  • Social Media Management

  1. Managing the content calendar for social media.
  2. Maintaining and creating social media engagement with the consumers by providing relevant digital initiatives such as contests and polls.

  • Digital Advertising

  1. Planning and setting the ad targeting (audience, behavior, etc.) with the agency.
  2. Supervising the development of the materials and the messaging for the asset.
  3. Optimising the digital advertising budget spending for digital marketing initiatives.
  4. Managing SEM to increase the traffic to the website by using relevant brand and product keywords.

  • Reporting Analytics

  1. Performing post-campaign reviews for all marketing initiatives that run on digital platforms.
  2. Providing insights and recommendations to optimize execution based on the report review.

  • Agency Management

  1. Managing the job deliverables and executions based on the agreed timeline and scope of work.
  2. Conducting weekly meetings with the agency to align work expectations, deliverables, and performance review.
  3. Setting the agency KPIs, job scope, and budget based on the given marketing project.

  • Subsidiary Digital Supervision

  1. Supervising the digital executions to be in line with brand and business objectives.
  2. Recommending digital initiatives for regional executions.
  3. Monitoring subsidiary social media and website.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership exposure.
  • Strong experience in website management, SEO, and digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media content calendars and engagement initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of digital advertising and SEM, including campaign planning and optimisation.
  • Experience working with digital and creative agencies, including KPI and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
