The Role

We're looking for a senior individual contributor who can independently lead accounts, build strong client relationships, and bring strategic clarity across complex work. You'll work on regional and international accounts across healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors - partnering with specialists across media, creative, data, and tech to deliver integrated solutions that perform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing - someone who can connect the dots, guide teams, and confidently represent the work to clients.

What You'll Do

Client Leadership

Build strong, trusted client relationships and lead key conversations. You'll run meetings, guide discussions, and ensure clients feel confident in both the work and the partnership.

Integrated Strategy

Shape digital strategies across paid media, content, CRM, and platforms. You'll brief teams, challenge outputs, and ensure everything ladders back to a clear strategic direction.

Account Ownership

Manage projects end-to-end - from planning to delivery. You'll keep things on track, align teams, and ensure quality across all outputs.

Commercial Awareness

Have a good grasp of account health - including scope, timelines, and resourcing. You'll support proposals, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and flag risks early.

Regional Exposure

Work across multi-market campaigns, collaborating with teams and clients across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Data-Informed Thinking

Work with analytics teams to translate performance into insights and actions. Reporting isn't just output - it's how we improve and grow.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in a digital agency (account management, strategy, or hybrid roles)
  • Comfortable managing clients and leading conversations independently
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns (media, content, digital platforms)
  • Strong communication skills — especially in presenting ideas and building decks
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Exposure to regional clients or multi-market work is a plus
  • Curious and open to new tools, ways of working, and evolving digital landscapes

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

You should be based in KL or surrounding areas.

Some flexibility may be required for client calls across time zones, but we operate on trust - hours can be shifted, not stacked.
