About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic quality and commercially driven ..Director of Food & Beverage.. to lead all dining, culinary, banquet and beverage operations across the resort. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will drive business performance, elevate guest experiences, develop high-performing teams and ensure exceptional quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Guest Experience

. Lead all Food & Beverage and Culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

. Drive innovation, consistency and memorable dining experiences.

. Ensure compliance with Hygiene, HACCP and all other brand standards.

. Monitor guest feedback and lead service excellence initiatives.

People Leadership

. Lead, coach and develop a diverse Food & Beverage and Culinary team.

. Build a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability and growth.

. Drive talent development, succession planning and leadership capability.

..Commercial & Business Performance..

. Deliver revenue, profitability and productivity targets.

. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and menu engineering initiatives.

. Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and dining concepts.

. Drive commercial performance while maintaining guest satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements

. Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline.

. 3 - 6 years of comprehensive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort or integrated hospitality environment.

. Proven track record in multi-outlet operations, commercial performance and team leadership.

. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.

. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
