The Distribution Channel & Ecosystem Growth Lead will be responsible for building and scaling Mr. Robot's commercial ecosystem across AI-enabled devices, service robotics, and humanoid robotics solutions.

This role will play a critical part in transforming the business into a multi-layer ecosystem orchestrator, integrating hardware distribution, Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS), enterprise partnerships, and regional market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Architecture

  • Design and implement a multi-tier distribution strategy across principals, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Develop a hybrid go-to-market model combining direct enterprise sales and channel-led growth.
  • Establish pricing frameworks, margin structures, and channel incentive programs.
  • Align channel strategy with broader AI/data acquisition and ecosystem objectives.

Principals & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage robotics and AI hardware principals.
  • Negotiate distribution rights, exclusivity agreements, and co-development partnerships.
  • Secure SDK access and integration capabilities to enable ecosystem expansion.
  • Build strategic alliances with telecommunications providers and hyperscalers.

Enterprise & RaaS Acceleration

  • Develop and execute RaaS (Robotics-as-a-Service) commercial models.
  • Design and package end-to-end enterprise solutions.
  • Lead flagship (lighthouse) deployments to establish market credibility.
  • Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers.

Commercial Performance & P&L

  • Own and deliver channel revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize hardware sales vs. recurring revenue mix.
  • Monitor sell-through performance, inventory health, and channel efficiency.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and working capital optimization.

Market Expansion

  • Lead regional expansion strategies across ASEAN and selected growth markets.
  • Explore and establish telco bundling opportunities and 5G-enabled solutions.
  • Develop direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channel strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines; MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in distribution, channel management, or enterprise sales, preferably within technology, hardware, robotics, or IoT industries.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling channel ecosystems and strategic partnerships across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin management, and commercial strategy execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Exposure to RaaS, SaaS, or recurring revenue business models is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with regional markets (ASEAN exposure preferred) and managing cross-border operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and external partners.
