Duty Manager to join our team and be at the forefront of our daily operations.
Job Summary
- Oversee the overall operation of the hotel during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally
- Lead and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards, policies, and procedures
- Support Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out processes when required
- Handle emergency situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous service improvement
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A proactive mindset with a passion for guest engagement and service excellence
- Due to local immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
